JMC x Ford (Passenger Vehicle JV China)
Ford and JMC launched Jiangling Ford Automobile Technology a 49-51 joint venture in January 2022 to distribute Ford brand passenger vehicles in China under the Ford Beyond brand. The JV was liquidated after ongoing losses totaling at least 750M yuan though Ford and JMC remain long-term manufacturing partners.
