KUKA acquires Swisslog

KUKA AG completed a public tender offer to acquire Swisslog Holding AG, merging Swisslog with a KUKA subsidiary by July 2015. Swisslog was delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange and became part of the KUKA Group, a Chinese-owned robotics and automation supplier.
