KUKA x Coconut Cult (Utah packaging line)
Coconut Cult runs an end-of-line packaging cell with three KUKA robots at its Utah facility, integrated by Integrated Packaging Machinery (IPM). Two KR IONTEC robots form pallet layers and a KR QUANTEC robot palletizes full layers. It is the company's first robotic automation system, part of its move into a 300,000 sq ft Utah plant, on a line IPM says was designed around a requirement of 300 jars per minute.
