MARA Holdings x Starwood Digital Ventures AI Data Center Partnership

MARA Holdings signed a strategic agreement with Starwood Capital Group and its data center platform Starwood Digital Ventures to convert and expand select MARA mining sites into next-generation AI-capable data centers. The partners will jointly develop finance and operate approximately 1 GW of computing capacity with plans to scale beyond 2.5 GW.
