Ocado Group's Dec 5 2025 RNS says Ocado and Kroger agreed a one-off $350 million cash payment (expected January 2026) after Kroger decided to close three CFCs in January 2026 and not proceed with a planned Charlotte (NC) CFC. The announcement says the partners continue across five live CFCs in Monroe (OH), Dallas (TX), Atlanta (GA), Denver (CO), and Detroit (MI), with Re:imagined tech rollout and AutoFreezer planned for Phoenix (AZ).
Ocado states the closures cut FY26 fee revenue by about $50 million. Frame figures as Ocado-stated.
