Terex Port Solutions (formerly Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions, MHPS) was a division of [Terex Corporation](https://www.terex.com) providing port automation and terminal equipment, including automated straddle carriers, terminal tractors, and crane systems. In May 2016, Terex agreed to sell MHPS to [Konecranes](/companies/konecranes) for EUR 1,126 million; the acquisition completed in January 2017, making Konecranes the world's largest port equipment manufacturer. Terex also owns ZenRobotics, a robotic waste sorting company whose AI-powered robots operate in 15+ countries.
