Terex Port Solutions (formerly Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions, MHPS) was a division of Terex Corporation providing port automation and terminal equipment, including automated straddle carriers, terminal tractors, and crane systems. In May 2016, Terex agreed to sell MHPS to Konecranes for EUR 1,126 million; the acquisition completed in January 2017, making Konecranes the world's largest port equipment manufacturer. Terex also owns ZenRobotics, a robotic waste sorting company whose AI-powered robots operate in 15+ countries.
