Bernhard Dwersteg

Co-founder and CTO of Trinamic Motion Control (now part of Analog Devices via Maxim Integrated), one of three original founders who developed motion control chips starting in 1996. Alongside Michael Randt and Lars Larsson, pioneered embedded motor control ICs using FPGA prototypes funded by the European Union, turning the research into commercial motion control driver ICs by 2004. Trinamic's products power applications in 3D printing, lab automation, smart home, and medical devices.
