Michael Randt

Founder and CEO of Trinamic Motion Control (now part of Analog Devices via Maxim Integrated), a Hamburg-based motion control chip company he co-founded in the late 1990s with Lars Larsson and Bernhard Dwersteg. Pioneered embedded motor control ICs starting in 1996, initially developing FPGA prototypes with EU funding.

Led Trinamic from startup through commercial success in 3D printing, lab automation, smart home, and medical markets, and through the Maxim Integrated acquisition in 2021. Served as Executive Director, Business Management post-acquisition.
