American business executive, Executive Chair of Target Corporation since February 2026. He served as Chair and CEO of Target from August 2014 through January 2026, helping grow the business by more than 30 billion USD. Prior to Target, he was CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods.
He holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA (1981) and attended its Anderson School of Management. He also serves as Non-Executive Chair of Yum! Brands.
