Jim Lee

American finance executive serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Target Corporation. Joined Target in September 2024 after more than 25 years at PepsiCo, where he most recently served as Deputy CFO. Responsible for corporate finance, enterprise strategy, enterprise partnerships, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, treasury, tax, risk management and investor relations.

Holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in operations research from Princeton University. Has served on boards including Celsius Holdings, Tropicana Brands Group and the North America Coffee Partnership.
