Dr. James Cantor

Dr. James Cantor is Chief of Performance Excellence and Strategic Partnerships at Leidos, where he oversees strategic sourcing, execution and mission assurance, and enterprise risk. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer.

Cantor joined the company in 1990 as a project manager and held roles including division manager, operations manager, and deputy group president before becoming National Security Sector Chief Engineer and Corporate Engineering Executive in 2016. He holds a B.S. in mathematics and M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland and a Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from George Washington University.
