Tom Bell

Chief Executive Officer of Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) since May 2023, leading the $17 billion defense technology and national security company through its NorthStar 2030 strategy. Previously Chairman and CEO of Rolls-Royce North America and President of Rolls-Royce Defense Aerospace. Spent over 20 years at Boeing in senior leadership roles across strategy, global sales, and international operations, and began his career in human spaceflight engineering at Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin).

Serves on the Executive Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association and the Board of the Professional Services Council. Holds a BA from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
