Gerald Mullally

Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC), a UK-based superconducting quantum computing company. Has served as CEO since June 2024, initially on an interim basis before being permanently appointed in July 2025. Under his leadership, OQC launched the industry's first Quantum-AI Data Centre in collaboration with NVIDIA, with systems deployed in London, Tokyo, New York, and Spain, and introduced the OQC Dimon dual-rail qubit architecture.

Brings over two decades of cross-sector leadership experience across financial services, energy, and defence, having held roles at Accenture and PwC. Previously served for eight years as a senior official in the UK Prime Minister's Office and Cabinet Office, leading national security and resilience initiatives.
