Overview
Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) builds superconducting quantum computers and pioneered quantum-compute-as-a-service. Founded by Peter Lebedev in 2017, OQC launched the first Quantum-AI Data Centre in New York City (Sept 2025) in partnership with Digital Realty and NVIDIA. The company raised €301M ($350M) in Series C funding (June 2026), Europe's largest quantum private round. OQC operates in London, New York, and Tokyo.
