Interim CEO of United Launch Alliance (ULA) since 2025, previously serving as COO. Joined ULA in May 2018 after a 35-year career at Boeing, where he was vice president and general manager of Space Exploration (civil space programs including ISS, Commercial Crew Development, and SLS).

He also led Boeing's role as prime integrating contractor for the NASA ISS contract. Holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
