Mark Peller

Chief Operating Officer of United Launch Alliance (ULA), responsible for Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicle programs including design, engineering, integration, production, and program management. Previously served as SVP of Vulcan Development and Advanced Programs, leading development of the Vulcan rocket from program inception through initial flight.

Began his career at Rockwell International in 1990 as a propulsion engineer on the Space Shuttle program, then joined Boeing in 1996 and moved to the Delta program in 1997. Served as Delta product line chief engineer overseeing 24 successful Delta launches. Holds a BS in applied mechanics from UC San Diego, an MS in aerospace engineering from USC, and an MBA from UC Irvine.
