Nitesh Sharan

Nitesh Sharan is Chief Financial Officer of Quantinuum. He has over 25 years of corporate financial leadership across technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Quantinuum in 2026, he was CFO of SoundHound AI (where he helped take the company public and scale it nearly tenfold over five years), and before that held senior finance roles at Nike (CFO of Global Operations, Treasurer, VP Corporate Finance & IR) and spent fifteen years at Hewlett-Packard.

He began his career as a consultant at Accenture. He holds a bachelor's from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School, and is a CFA charterholder.
