President and CEO of ELXSI Corporation, the parent company of CUES Inc., a leading Orlando-based manufacturer of pipeline inspection and rehabilitation equipment. Led CUES restructuring from the early 1990s, building it into the world's leading manufacturer of sewer CCTV inspection systems with in-house software and hardware engineering.

Oversaw the ~89 million acquisition of ELXSI/CUES by SPX Corporation (announced April 2018, completed June 2018) and continued to lead the CUES business post-acquisition within SPX's Detection & Measurement segment. Columbia University graduate.
