Sébastien Roverso

French entrepreneur and roboticist; co-founder of PAZZI (originally EKIM) in 2013 alongside Cyrill Hamon. Developed the world's first autonomous 'robot pizzaiolo' capable of preparing, baking, slicing and boxing up to 80 pizzas per hour with no human supervision. Raised over €10 million in funding to build the robotic pizza restaurant, which operated in the Paris region before the original company entered liquidation in 2022.
