PAZZI (formerly EKIM) develops fully autonomous robotic pizza kitchens that assemble, bake, and package pizzas on demand, producing a pizza in under 5 minutes and up to 80 per hour. Founded in France in 2013 by Cyrill Hamon and Sébastien Roverso, the company operated robotic pizzerias in Paris before entering judicial liquidation in November 2022.
The brand was acquired by Swiss holding company JMEB Invest Holding and is now headquartered in Zurich, with a new pizzeria opened in Madrid in January 2026 under co-CEOs Jean-Marc Brunschwig and Laurent Zmiro.
