Tibor Fecko
Slovak mechanical engineer who co-invented the TwinSpin® high-precision reduction gear in the early 1990s alongside Bartolomej Janek. Co-founded Spinea s.r.o. in Prešov, Slovakia in 1994 to commercialise the TwinSpin, which is used in industrial robotics (KUKA, ABB, Comau), machine tools, and medical systems. The TwinSpin gear is also deployed at the CERN particle accelerator.
