Chinese chemist and billionaire entrepreneur (b. 1966, Wuwei County, Anhui). Founder, Chairman and CEO of BYD Company Limited, which he established in February 1995 in Shenzhen with cousin Lu Xiangyang. Led BYD to become one of the world's largest EV and battery manufacturers.
