Footage
ANYbotics footage of its ANYmal quadruped performing autonomous inspection rounds in heavy industry (metal, mining, and minerals), reading gauges and capturing thermal and visual data over stairs and rough terrain. ANYmal is route-taught and then runs inspection missions autonomously: genuine autonomous inspection, not a choreographed demo.
ANYmal X (Ex-proof) field-tested on FPSO P-74 in 2023 as part of Petrobras Early Adopter Program. Petrobras invested ~$4M for six ANYmal X units, scheduled for delivery in 2024 for long-term pilot. Prior ANYmal (Gen D) received in 2022 and tested at Revap refinery. Goal: optimize onboard man-hours, increase inspection reliability/frequency, improve data quality for upstream/downstream operations.
