Boeing footage of its CST-100 Starliner autonomously docking with the International Space Station on the uncrewed OFT-2 flight (May 2022). Starliner's program has been troubled: the OFT-1 flight (2019) missed the station after a software failure, and the 2024 Crew Flight Test suffered thruster and helium problems and returned uncrewed, with its astronauts staying aboard the ISS.

Starliner's OFT-2 mission autonomously docked to the ISS on 2022-05-21 despite losing 2 of 3 thrusters in one doghouse, and its first crewed flight (CFT) docked on 2024-06-06, but helium leaks and thruster failures prompted NASA to return the vehicle uncrewed and bring the crew home on Dragon; the vehicle is not yet certified or operational.
