Boeing footage of its CST-100 Starliner autonomously docking with the International Space Station on the uncrewed OFT-2 flight (May 2022). Starliner's program has been troubled: the OFT-1 flight (2019) missed the station after a software failure, and the 2024 Crew Flight Test suffered thruster and helium problems and returned uncrewed, with its astronauts staying aboard the ISS. Autonomy attributed to Boeing.
