Indian Motorcycle recalls 2024 Challenger/Pursuit/Chieftain/Springfield/Roadmaster for rear suspension pushrod defect
Indian Motorcycle recalled certain Model Year 2024 Chieftain, Roadmaster, Springfield, Challenger, and Pursuit motorcycles because the rear suspension pushrod may not meet design specifications and could buckle under load. This can pinch the main chassis harness, damage the coolant reservoir or rear tire, or cause the rear to bottom out, increasing the risk of a crash and serious injury. Dealers were authorized to install a new shock pushrod at no cost.
