A Zoox vehicle (Vehicle 1) operating in autonomous mode was traveling south on [XXX] in the right lane and slowing for a red emergency traffic signal at [XXX] in Las Vegas. Shortly after the Zoox vehicle came to a stop, a pickup (Vehicle 2) following directly behind was rear ended by an SUV (Vehicle 3) that failed to stop.
