US Department of Commerce adds AVIC and subsidiaries to Military End User list
The US Department of Commerce added the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) and eight subordinate entities to its Military End User (MEU) list, restricting their access to US-origin technology and components. AVIC is also subject to US sanctions as a designated Chinese defense entity.
