Sweetgreen sold Spyce and its Infinite Kitchen technology to Wonder Group for 186.4 million USD in November 2025. The deal includes 100 million USD in cash and 86.4 million USD in Wonder Series C preferred stock. Sweetgreen retains licensing rights to continue deploying Infinite Kitchen technology.
