Bitdeer x Volta Infra Holdings

Bitdeer signed a 16-year lease and services agreement with Volta Infra Holdings covering 121 critical IT MW (approximately 133 gross MW) at its Tydal, Norway data center campus. The site will be stocked with NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs to deliver AI compute capacity. Volta separately announced a $10 billion, six-year computing deal with an unnamed AI lab (reported by Bloomberg to be Anthropic), using Bitdeer's Tydal facility. Bitdeer's remaining capex for the project is approximately $500 million.
