Connected Robotics x JR East Group (Soba Robot)
Connected Robotics partnered with JR East Group to develop and deploy soba noodle cooking robots at JR railway station eateries (Sobaichi chain). The robots cook 150 servings per hour, handling boiling, rinsing, and cooling while human staff add sauce and toppings. JR East Foods aimed to deploy at 30 stores by fiscal 2025.
