Meta x Fourier (Max humanoid prototype)
The Information reported on Oct 31 2026 that Meta and Chinese startup Fourier built a humanoid prototype called Max in about three months and began a second version, Max 2, in September. Meta told the outlet the work is internal research and it has no plans to sell the units.
