Jason Andrews

American space and technology entrepreneur who founded BlackSky Global LLC in 2013 as a subsidiary of Spaceflight Industries to build a constellation of 1-meter-resolution Earth-observation satellites for near-real-time global monitoring. Previously founded Andrews Space in 1999 and Spaceflight Inc. (the first commercial satellite rideshare 'spaceline') in 2009, integrating all three entities under Spaceflight Industries in 2015.

Led Spaceflight Industries as president, CEO, and chairman, overseeing rideshare launches of 210+ spacecraft between 2013 and 2018. Began his career at Kistler Aerospace in 1995 as a launch vehicle performance analyst. BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
