Ladi Delano
British-Nigerian entrepreneur, co-founder and co-CEO of Moove, the world's first mobility fintech. Holds master's degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics. Previously co-founded Grace Lake Partners (GLP), a venture studio whose portfolio included JCDecaux Grace Lake, Express Pharmacy, and Dr.
Express. Earlier career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and management consulting at McKinsey. Led Moove from 76 vehicles in Lagos (2020) to a 42,000-vehicle global fleet operator across five continents, backed by Uber, Waymo, BlackRock, Mubadala, and the IFC.
