13 Cal. Code Regs. § 227.56 — Monthly Disengagement Reporting

New section in the amended framework (effective April 28, 2026, OAL File 2025-0415-04) establishing monthly disengagement reporting. The disengagement reporting historically referenced as § 227.50 has been restructured into a monthly cadence at § 227.56.
