Texas personal delivery device law (Tex. Transp. Code Ch. 552A)
Texas's personal-delivery-device statute (Texas Transportation Code Chapter 552A, SB 969, effective Sept 1, 2019), authorizing sidewalk/roadway-shoulder delivery devices with operating rules and weight limits. Distinct from Texas's separate drone law (Gov't Code Ch. 423) and autonomous-ground-vehicle law.
