Founded in 2003 via Panasonic's in-house venture system, it produced the ATOUN MODEL Y hip-assist suit and the MODEL Y+kote with integrated arm support. The company was dissolved at the end of April 2022, with after-sales service transferred to Advance Co. Ltd.
