First real-world deployment of the THeMIS UGV. Deployed with Estonian Defence Forces (EDF) during French-led counter-terrorism Operation Barkhane in Mali from April 2019 to April 2020. Three Estonian platoons used the vehicle for patrols and supply transport. Traversed 1,200 km in harsh terrain, operational for 330+ hours in temperatures up to 50°C.
