On July [XXX], 2026 at 11:04 AM MDT a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Denver, Colorado was in a collision involving an SUV on [XXX] at [XXX].

The Waymo AV was traveling northbound on [XXX] in autonomous mode and proceeding straight through the T-intersection with [XXX]. As the Waymo AV entered the intersection, an SUV traveling westbound on [XXX] proceeded to enter the intersection without stopping at the stop sign on [XXX] and began turning right onto [XXX], to the right of the Waymo AV. As the Waymo AV began to exit the intersection, the test driver transitioned the Waymo AV to manual mode and the SUV continued turning right, entering the Waymo AV's lane of travel, and the front left side of the SUV made contact with the rear right side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was not engaged and a test driver was operating the Waymo AV in manual mode. Both vehicles sustained damage.
