Anthropic x EverWind (Point Tupper data centre lease)
Reuters reports Anthropic signed a long-term lease with EverWind for data center capacity at the planned Point Tupper, Nova Scotia campus, its first data center agreement in Canada. EverWind plans the initial 95 MW phase for late 2027; lease value was not disclosed.
