Lucid Motors x Uber (35,000-Vehicle Robotaxi Expansion)

Lucid and Uber expanded their robotaxi partnership to at least 35,000 Lucid vehicles (Lucid Gravity and future Midsize platform) for Uber's global robotaxi service. Uber committed an additional $200M investment (total $500M), and Ayar Third Investment (PIF affiliate) committed $550M in convertible preferred stock. Builds on the Lucid-Nuro-Uber July 2025 partnership targeting commercial launch in the San Francisco Bay Area.
