Yotta Data Services is the datacenter arm of India's Hiranandani Group, formed in 2019 and headquartered in Mumbai. It runs a hyperscale portfolio anchored by Yotta NM1 in Navi Mumbai (marketed as Asia's largest Tier IV facility, part of a Panvel campus master-planned to scale toward 1 GW) plus Yotta D1 in Greater Noida and a compact GIFT City node in Gujarat. Edge sites in eight tier-2 Indian cities are on the roadmap.\n\nThe company has staked its growth on sovereign AI infrastructure. Its Shakti Cloud service claims India's largest GPU deployment, publicly citing 8,000+ Nvidia H100s with Blackwell B200s slated to follow, and has been positioned around the Government of India's IndiaAI Mission GPU procurement. Named customers include IIT Madras and Indian LLM developer Sarvam AI, alongside enterprise and BFSI tenants.\n\nOwnership is private: Yotta sits under the Hiranandani Group real-estate and infrastructure conglomerate, chaired by Darshan Hiranandani, with co-founder Sunil Gupta as MD and CEO.
