Overview
Armach Robotics is a US-based spinoff of Greensea Systems, launched in November 2021 and consolidated into Greensea IQ on September 1, 2023. The company developed autonomous underwater robots for proactive ship hull cleaning through its EverClean service. The Hull Service Robot (HSR) is man-portable at under 66 lbs (30 kg) and uses Greensea's OPENSEA autonomy platform for navigation.
Armach offers a Robotics-as-a-Service subscription model to shipowners, ports, and service providers, cleaning approximately 7,200 sq ft of hull per hour while continuously surveying hull condition.
