ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is China's largest DRAM memory chip manufacturer and the world's fourth-largest DRAM maker with ~7.7% global market share as of 2025. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, the company operates three 12-inch wafer fabrication plants in Hefei and Beijing.
CXMT supplies DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4X, and LPDDR5X DRAM products to customers including Tencent, Alibaba Cloud, Bytedance, Lenovo, Xiaomi, and Apple, and is developing high-bandwidth memory (HBM) for AI accelerators.
