Reported (reported; also 10/11 NOW Sep 30; Kissel Kohout ES summary; X/@devestacion): Google's Lincoln, Nebraska data center, filing as Agate LLC, claimed its electricity and water figures as trade secrets in its 2026 annual report to Nebraska's Department of Water, Energy, and Environment, but 10/11 NOW (KOLN) reported that the black-box redaction could be copied and pasted, revealing peak electrical demand of 52.65 MW and 13.299 million gallons of water used over the past year. The filing lists 288,530 sq ft of gross floor area. Reports were due Sep 30 2026 under Gov. Jim Pillen's July 20 executive order. Cap: figures read by local media from an improperly redacted self-report; KOLN filed a public records request Sep 30 for the official data.
