Electric-vehicle and AI company (NASDAQ: TSLA), founded 2003 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, with a physical-AI program spanning three robotics fronts: a [robotaxi ride-hailing service](/models/tesla-robotaxi), the [Optimus](/models/tesla-optimus) humanoid robot, and the forthcoming purpose-built [Cybercab](/models/tesla-cybercab). Einride is a Swedish autonomous electric freight technology company founded by Robert Falck, developing the Einride Pod, a driverless electric autonomous truck for freight transportation. Einride operates the largest fleet of heavy-duty electric trucks in Europe and went public on [Nasdaq](/companies/nasdaq) in June 2026 via a SPAC merger with Legato Merger Corp III at a $1.8B valuation, raising $113M in PIPE financing.
