Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Beijing, BOE supplies display panels to Apple , Huawei , and other major electronics brands. In September 2025, BOE established a robotics and AI software subsidiary, Beijing BOE Robot, with 200 million yuan (US$28 million) in registered capital, marking its entry into industrial robotics and embodied intelligence.
