Overview
Pasqal is a neutral-atom quantum computing company spun out of the Institut d'Optique in Paris-Saclay. Founded in 2019 by Georges-Olivier Reymond, Nobel laureate Alain Aspect, and Christophe Jurczak, Pasqal builds quantum processors using arrays of laser-trapped Rydberg atoms and has deployed systems across Europe and the Middle East.
The company is pursuing a Nasdaq listing via a SPAC merger with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II at a $2B pre-money valuation.
