Schaeffler Group, the German motion-technology company, announced November 13, 2024 a combined customer agreement and strategic minority investment in Agility Robotics, committing to deploy Digit across its global manufacturing network. Pilots began 2025 and, per March 2026 reporting, Digit transitioned to full-time 8-hour shifts at a Schaeffler factory. Schaeffler has stated intent to deploy a significant number of humanoids across approximately 100 plants by 2030. Schaeffler also partners with NVIDIA for AI and simulation.
